Very friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant

the store assistant was very helpful and friendly but gave us time to decide and we didn't feel pressurised.

The sales person, who was also the branch manager, Barry, was very helpful in explaining the different mattress comfort ratings. He seemed to be very knowlegable about the products that we were interested in and while being informative he was not at all pushy in trying to finalise the sale giving us plenty of time to feel that it was the right product for us.

Barry and Karen were both very friendly staff members who were friendly and efficient in helping me purchase a new mattress.

The store was well set out, clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful but without being overly intrusive. I was welcomed into the store with a friendly hello and offered a drink while I browsed, and was allowed to browse for a short while rather than being pounced on the moment I entered the store. When I was approached the assistant asked questions to understand my needs and listened to my answers. He didn't try to over-sell. Once he had identified products to suit my needs he gave me time to mull over or simply walk away if I chose. His product knowledge was excellent and he took time to answer all my questions. I choose Dreams because I like the friendly but reasonably low-key sales approach - staff are very easy to find and on hand but without feeling like you're being badgered.
