Friendly,helpful,efficient staff

We were unsure what sort of mattress we required but the assistant ran through all the different types and encouraged us to try each one. The option to change the mattress in the unlikely event it turns out to be not right for us was very reassuring. The delivery is free and recycling of the old mattress is an excellent added value.

The staff were friendly and helpful, offering us a cup of tea and leaving us to browse. Upon more specific enquiry, Rebecca was very knowledgeable and helpful, offering us a range of pillows to try with the beds. We talked about more than beds, which was nice and natural and by the end of the transaction, I felt we knew each other quite well. She knew we were serious about buying a bed and left us alone when we needed to think things through a bit and try out a range of beds. We didn't feel rushed or pushed in any way. At one point, I spoke to another colleague who was equally helpful. We progressed naturally in our decision making and saw for ourselves the various qualities, advantages and disadvantages of the different beds available. Our decision to buy the particular mattress was arrived at in an unhurried and pleasurable way. We were offered a second cup of tea and on discovering that the store had a toilet, accepted. We were very impressed with the professional and thoughtful attention we received from both Rebecca and other colleagues. She said she really enjoyed her job and this was evident. The standard of staff relationships was also very high: friendly and supportive.

I was greeted and asked if I would like a drink. (love that), Barry was great, he knew his stuff, and was very patient and did not follow me round (don't like that) however he was there when i needed questions answered. It felt warm and friendly in the place. I even got a second brew while I was sat down paying. I've never been offered a brew anywhere, such a great touch. seeing folk wondering around with cups of tee in hand.

The ease of locating what we were looking for. Rebecca who asked us if we required any help was really knowledgeable in what we were looking for. Rebecca very helpfully showed us different options and even when I asked her to price different variations she obliged without question. 10/10

Greeted straight away when we walked in the store, offered a drink, also not pestered, left to browse, till we decided what we wanted
