Dreams - Halifax

I thought Mellisa who served me at the Halifax store, was helpful, informative and spent time with me to ensure I bought the right product. Also she was very polite. People buy off people and that's what I like. The delivery date was quick, and the lay out of the store made it easy to find what I was looking for.

We felt Rebecca really took onboard our individual needs and provided us with her advice. She then gave us the time and space to discuss this and make our own decision. We also researched this particular mattress online and the feedback from others agreed with what Rebecca had advised us of. We felt very confident that this particular type of mattress and base was ideal for us. The purchasing options and additional extra’s were thoroughly and clearly explained without being felt ‘pushed’ into purching them. We would certainly not hesitate with buying from Dreams again in future (albeit our 6 yr old has already told us which bed he wants!). Thanks.

We found Becky (member of staff who assisted us) to be very competent in her job. Becky, was always at hand to answer any questions we had, and made us feel welcome.

Aidan helped me pick out several bed and mattress options, allowed me time to take information so I could compare to others on the market. To only find that these products you provide were amazing as well as the service from the young chap. Great experience as we managed to buy so much bedding for so little price!

Someone came to see us as we were looking round, we were loolong for 2 beds for our children. He listened to our needs, showed us some products and suggested good alternatives were we were unsure. We hadn't gone in to buy that day but when we found what we wanted and were happy with the price we decided to get them before we left.

I went in looking for a pillow to ease the major discomfort in my neck and shoulders, I have spent a fortune in the past trying to find the 'perfect' pillow. The care and attention I was showing whilst in the Halifax Dreams store was excellent. Even though I was only buying a pillow I was made to feel like a valued customer. Barry was superb - attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.
