Barry the man who sorted my order was fantastic understood my budget and worked with me to find the best value for money I am on a low budget he was so nice and friendly all the staff were great and the bed frame is so nice

I was very happy with the experience. Barry (Dream Colleague) was very helpful without making me feel under pressure to make a decision.

i knew what i was looking for and the assistant showed me where it was and all.options avaliable. we purchased the items ans were in and out in 15 mins. really pleased.

Becky at the Halifax store was so helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist and explained about all the different mattresses in a clear way to help us make our choices.

We were offered help when we arrived, but no one was pushy. Very helpful members of staff who were professional but also very friendly. We have a very tight schedule for getting the bed and they were very helpful in checking availability and delivery for us right from the start so we didn't choose items we couldn't get in time. whole process was very simple and enjoyable.

We found the same bed cheaper elsewhere, but as the assistant (Becky) informed us Dreams are the only store with ‘Cool Touch’technogy on the Tempur mattress (Apart from Tempur direct of course) & she managed to reduce the cost a little too & sold a pillow too. She was very friendly & gave us her opinion & knowledge but wasn’t pushy.

We weren't hassled when we first went, after being given time to browse Becky asked if we were ok did we need help. We asked her about a few mattresses and tried a few out, Becky was great and gave us lot's of information on different mattresses helping us to buy the right firmness and at the price we could afford. We didn't feel rushed at all, Becky took her time to explain the differences in the mattresses she had a lovely smile and chatted to us about our holidays and my husband had her laughing. All in all is was a very good shopping experience.
