The choice and price of products and not pushy staff who were friendly

My wife and I visited the Dream Store in Halifax today, Rebecca was very polite and helpful, she covered all the questions we needed to ask about various beds. She made sure the bed we bought was going to be the most suitable/comfortable for us, my wife suffers from rhematoid artheritis so this was taken into consideration before we made our purchase. All I can say is that we will be recommending Dreams to all our family and friends, the service we received was outstanding, Becky is a credit to your company. ******* Well done *******

We were shopping to replace furniture that we lost in a house fire. We visited 3 times in total to get advice and choose and buy our new bed and mattress and saw the same member of staff each time (Becky) who remembered us each time and was extremely helpful and patient. She is a credit to your company.

The salesperson greeted us immediately, asked our needs and guided us to suitable products. She offered a cup of tea then left us to try out the mattresses but was around to answer any questions

The colleague who dealt with us(Becky) was very helpful and informative. She left us to wander around the store but was available when we needed help. She was friendly and thorough in explaining everything to us and gave us optional dates for delivery. We were informed regularly on the delivery time and date and the delivery team were respectful and efficient.

Got served by a lovely lady who answered all our questions and explained things which we didn't know to ask. Was very patient with us and she even managed to keep the kids interested. We shall definitely be going back when we get our daughter a double bed in two years.

We had problems with our existing mattress (not from Dreams). The Manager took time to suggest ways in which we might solve our problems, didn't try to sell us a replacement, and sent us away adding "if you don't get the result you want, come back and see me and I'll sort you out with something better". We couldn't solve our problem and so came back the week after to take him up on his offer. He spent a lot of time with us and we purchased a very good quality bed and mattress, taking his recommendations in all matters. He pitched things just right and was helpful, knowledgeable and (importantly) not 'pushy' at all. An all-round good experience.

The assistant that dealt with us was very friendly and helpful but also gave us some space to discuss what we wanted.
