Becky was friendly and knowledgable but let us have time to browse and we didn't feel under any pressure. She was really helpful and genuine in her customer service. Store layout easy to shop and signs helped us understand all the variety. Can't comment on quality as delivering Thursday

I was given excellent advice initially that I discussed with my wife, we were then in position to order the right bed for us. Rebecca the sales advisor was a credit to your company.

All the staff in the store were very friendly. Barry had great knowledge about the different mattresses and knew which one would suit us.

Whilst we were mindful that our main bed needed replacing, and having tried many beds/mattresses over the last few months, we had no real intention of buying a new bed on our visit to Dreams in Halifax, we merely popped in as we were nearby. Becky was very helpful and informative, answering all our questions knowledgeably and patiently. Having tried almost every bed in store my wife decided that she had found the perfect bed so we ordered it there and then and we are now looking forward to much improved sleeping.

Becky, the assistant was very professional with a good knowledge of the products and a lovely approach allowing us time to research the products ourselves but always on hand for advice.
