Dreams - Halifax

We had seen the same bed in another Dreams store at clearance price. We enquired about this and the price was matched. At no point were we put under pressure to purchase and it was a very relaxed experience. We were only able to afford the bed because it had 30% off and was on clearance! It is adjustable which will really help with my sleep apnea but I never thought we would be able to afford one, so hurrah for Dreams!

Gary was very helpful, knowledgeable and keen to meet our needs.

Your temporary manager Graham and his assistant Melissa were both extremely professional in their dealings with us. They quickly established a suitable rapport with us and we felt very comfortable with their friendly, but business like approach to winning our business. The right kind of mattress was our number one criteria and we benefited from trying out many mattresses before making our final decision. Graham clearly answered all our many questions and his knowledge, experience together with his understanding of our needs was one of the reasons we completed our purchase. Melissa then completed our order professionally taking time to explain everything clearly and checking our understanding. So, although I was parting with over £1200.00 to complete the purchase we both enjoyed the experience. Friendly professional and knowledgable staff

Apart from my partner not making her mind up about anything,the experience was great. Melanie the assistant was helpful good to get on with and had plenty of knowledge to help us to decide, a good addition to your staff team. We were offered a drink which we declined due to having one earlier at home. A clean store well laid out with plenty of choices, the only down side for my partner was the low choice of colours in the bed we wanted. But we were very satisfied with our choice in the end. I hope the delivery and assembly of the bed goes just as well.Thank you for a pleasant experience of shopping.

Prices and offers where clear. No harassment as soon as i walked in store as you do with other places. Given time to look around before approached. Aidan was able to answer my questions RE slats, prices, availability, delivery ect... The purchase was quick and easy with no attempt to force additional sales on you. Very easy, and enjoyable purchase.

As we purchased two beds a couple of months ago and was highly satisfied with both the products and the service we chose to h back to the Halifax store and let Becky the sales assistant deal with our new order. As before she did s great job.
