Great friendly service from staff knoweledgable about the bed we wanted to perchase.They asked about or needs on buying a bed which would suit us both for a comfortable sleep.

We were looked after extremely well. My husband is disabled & was in a wheelchair when we came to purchase a mattress as his walking is very limited. He has Parkinsons. Gary who served us was good at showing us the possible mattresses to meet our requirements but did nor pressurise us in any way. When trying out the first mattress I helped my husband out of the wheel chair & lifted his legs up onto the bed. From then on without any fuss Gary did this of his own initiate & with great care. He always treated us both equally as intelligent people with opinions & never once spoke down to my husband. His behaviour was exemplary! Our purchase was dealt with efficently & speedily.

The assistant at the Halifax store, Becky, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She advised us to try as many beds as we could to get an idea of what we really wanted. She even got my husband to actually lay on the mattress too!!

Aidan was super helpful, as I am older and had specific needs he understood what I was after and guided me to the suitable products. From then on he made us drinks, ensured I got the best price and the service from Becky also talking to us whilst aidan processed the order was very friendly

The customer service,range of products were excellent .The employee that dealt with our order was very helpful,efficient and we found him very friendly and approachable.He had a good knowledge of the products on offer.We were not rushed with our choice and found lots of products to choose from in the store.The ordering process was fast and easy.

From the minute I walked into the store I was greeted With a warm welcome and I told the assistant Becky What my needs were. I found that she was very friendly and helpful in every way.

I paid 3 visits to the store to look at the furniture and each time I spoke to Becky.She was so friendly that I felt as though I had known her for years. She was genuine and so helpful. She put me at my ease and I cannot thank her enough. I hope this information gets back to her.
