Good selection of beds and mattresses, plenty of information and advice on hand

Melissa, helped us choose the perfect bed for ourselves. She helped us but was not over baring and as an added bonus brought the kids a drink and crayons to keep them ccupied. This made our job of choosing a bed alot easier. She was very friendly and a credit to the company.

The sales person "Gary" introduced himself and quickly explained how the store was laid out and how the mattresses were colour coded to identify the comfort levels. He then offered us a cup of tea (which was a nice touch) and then left us alone to try out the excellent range of mattresses. Upon returning with our cups of tea he offered us a pocket sprung pillow and a memory foam pillow to try with the mattresses. Having decided on a combination mattress medium-firm Gary explained the different technologies and showed us the best sellers. We were then left to decide which mattress we liked the most. It's a big decision to make buying a new bed or mattress and I felt that we were given the necessary advice to make up our minds with no pushy sales techniques and a very friendly down to earth yet knowledgeable approach. Overall it made fir a very pleasant experience.

The products we ordered were on offer and we got an extra 10% off for buying on the day. Only thing I would of liked are either more free things like duvet, or bed sheets, or bed pillows than the ones we got.

Very Satisfied with Gary the salesperson. Not too pushy just right. He was very knowledgeable and remembered us from when we first looked a few weeks ago.

The young man was very helpful he explained the bed inside out and he knew what he was talking about. He even told me to try it out e en tho we wernt buying a matress.

Friendly staff, good advice

The young man Aidan was very helpful and understanding, broke things down for us to be able to comprehend his information. In no way was he pushy or forceful at anytime during our visit. We felt very comfortable and relaxed during our visit and would strongly recommend your store to others. Being able to lie on the bed to test the mattress helps tremendously so both people can decide on comfort.

The staff were very helpful and friendly but equally gave us space and time to make the right decisions
