Store assistant was extremely helpful and very friendly! Had the pillows we wanted in store and also advised on us a mattress and bed combination for when we come to replace in the next few months

The Dreams team at the Halifax, West Yorkshire Branch were very friendly and helpful and could not have asked for anymore assistance and time from them. They are all a credit to the Dreams Team and hope this is passed onto the Store Manager/Management team so recognition is made. It is not often staff are thanked for their hard work and attributes and it would be greatly appreciated if this could be done as they surely are an asset to Dreams and I would not think twice about recommending family and friends to attend to the store.

We were not approached immediately by staff which made a nice change. We were then offered a coffee as we looked round the store. Becky was very friendly and helpful and had a good knowledge of the goods on show. Purchase procedure was easy and quick.
