I was greeted in a friendly and courteous manner by Andy as soon as I entered the store. Andy was very knowledgeable and led me to the perfect choice of mattress. He then escorted me to Dec, who again with politeness and offering full purchase information, completed my order.

From walking into the Halifax store, your sales person Andrew warmly welcomed us and looked after our every need. The simulator bed was a great experience and we were able to quickly narrow down the firmness of mattress we we looking for. Refreshing to have no sales pressure put upon us and we agreed upon a mattress of “our” choice. Well done Andrew and Dreams. We are looking forward to receiving our mattress in January and fulfilling our “dreams”.

I am hard of hearing and find difficulty in having a phone call but the gentleman I spoke with made sure I could hear and understand him before progressing to an order.
