I found the staff to be very approachable and unlike some of the other shops we had been in we didn't feel like a sale was being pushed on us. The lady that served us was able to accommodate the delivery of our new bed at a time that would suite us which was very helpful as we are in the process of moving house. Overall I thought the bed was good value for money and good quality

We purchased a new mattress as our old one was no longer suitable due to recent disability. I was dreading going into the shop as i struggle with cognitive problems as well as mobility but the staff at your Halifax store were super helpful, allowed me to take my time and made the experience a pleasant one.

I only went into to have a browse of what bed range and mattress range dreams did. We had a very friendly welcome and the assistant iqra at the Halifax store was very friendly and not too pushy with the purchase. She had a good understanding of what I was looking for which left me making a purchase today.

The lady who served us was highly knowledgeable with the bed we required and helped any queries we asked to find the perfect bed for a reasonable price would definitely recommend her service to family and friends the lady was called Iqra at the Halifax branch.

Straightforward purchase with just the right amount of help and no interference. Melissa was very efficient, helpful and knew her stuff.

Melissa introduced herself and advised if I needed any assistance to just ask her. She left me to examine the products on show, and when I had an idea as to what I wanted she was more than happy to discuss and advise on the type of mattress's available and the various types. Once she knew my budget she guided me to the more appropriate mattress's within the budget. While "testing" the mattresses, she offered me an appropriate pillow as the show pillows did not reflect the sleeping position. On selecting the mattress of choice she then advised me of the various offers for payment, which was surprising but found the best one to suit me. Overall, a very pleasant visit to the store and Melissa was very good.

Friendly staff, especially as they were due to shut the store. Offers of coffee, much appreciated! As I am disabled, with walking difficulties, the staff were aware of my needs & did not attempt to rush me. Explanations of what was available & delivery were concise & politely given.
