The approach of your sales staff was exemplary, courteous, knowledgeable, good humoured and in no way pressurising - exactly the kind of service we appreciate. We were given information then allowed to browse, try out and ponder with no unnecessary intervention. A very pleasant purchasing experience.

Good range of mattresses to choose from. Becky was extremely helpful by understanding the mattress qualities and features we were looking for. She took the time to listen to and understand our requirements - providing very helpful suggestions without the 'pushy sales talk'. We felt that we had made our own decision for the mattress we purchased in our own time - but we couldn't have done this without the help from Becky and her excellent knowledge of mattress types. Great staff member with excellent qualities - listening and questioning to understand our needs and was very helpful, friendly and approachable.

Gary the sales representative was very helpful and informative. Fully understood my dislike of memory foam products so guided my partner and I to the natural mattress products. He left us to make our minds up. We returned the next day and was not harassed by Gary. A very good first time visit to dreams.
