Dreams - Halifax

In this day and age it is unusual to find customer service on a level which does not deal with customers with arrogance or over the top niceness. The gentleman who dealt with us was brilliant, excellent product knowledge, answered all our questions without hesitation. To top it all he even carried our purchases out to our car which was really going that extra mile. Well done, will definitely be going back to sort our bed & mattress needs out in the near future.

We looked round dreams yesterday and saw what we liked came home to measure the room and went back today to order a bed and bunk beds. The store is self is well presented and the staff were all very welcoming. Becky who serve was so pleasant and helpful we couldn't off asked for better service.

The shop assistant, Becky, was wonderful. She was very helpful and made excellent recommendations based on my needs while also listening to what I wanted

The staff were very friendly and helpful and they made us a cup of tea :) there was a sale on so felt we got good value for money.

Went to my local dreams in halifax and was assistanced by Shuaib who explained about beds and all the different mattresses was great at explaining everything tu us great customer service from entering the store to leaving

Great staff, attentive but not too in your face. (e.g. Currys / PC World attentive to the point where you have to tell them to leave you alone 5 mins) The guys at Dreams struck a perfect balance, even though they were very busy on a Bank Holiday weekend. Very impressed.
