The member of staff that served us was very knowledgable and friendly, she was very friendly and was not pushy It is a long time since I have been served by a member of staff so willing to help and always had a smile

THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFULL AND KNOWLAGABLE POINTING US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO SATISFY OUR KNEEDS.SHE WAS POLITE AND HAD A GREAT SENCE OF HUMOUR.

The staff member who assisted us was able to advise of an alternate product and we were able to take advantage of a 10% discount as it was the store's birthday weekend

It was my second visit to the store to make up my mind about the type of mattress and place an order. The assistant who helped me was very friendly and she was very understandable towards my needs. I was able to take as long as I needed to decide on my products. When we went through the transaction process she was very patient, calm and collected to deal with every detail. It really made me feel valued and relaxed. I was also pleasantly surprised with the added benefits we were able to add to the order, i.e. bed cover, bed sheets, discounted pillows etc. I preferred to pay half by Finance but when we had credit check issue, the assistant offered really helpful advice and luckily I was able to pay everything in full instead.
