Been to other retailers and were put off by high pressure sales, at dreams we experienced professionals who were not pushy but very helpful with their knowledge and advice but gave us time and space to make our own minds up. Becky encouraged us to try different pillows with different mattresses and also made us a Cuppa to help us feel at ease. The offer of a finance agreement and the mattress protection payment has made our decision much easier. We are delighted with the quality product, the friendly, experienced staff and the location of the store with good parking facilities.

Great customer service (offering drinks. Making sure we were OK without being over familiar). Wide of range of beds, convenient location. Staff very helpful with explaining delivery process and overall very professional.

I had forgotten my credit card. After paying a deposit I rang back to complete the transaction over the pone but there was an issue with the card payment machine. I was told they would ring back to confirm the order had gone through and within 3 minutes I had a return call to confirm the transaction had gone through. Excellent service, very open and apologetic but very easy transaction on the whole.

on entering the store the staff were very helpful and polite and helped me choose items that i needed. they showed me the best options for my price range, I visited the shop the evening before i purchased to see what the shop was like a lady called Rebecca showed me the choices but i did'nt have much time then so i returned the next day to purchase my goods when a young man called Shuaib served me.

The gentleman was friendly and knew what he was talking about
