I was spoken to by Gary on entering the store and from that point all the information I needed or wanted was given often without asking, I gave Gary my requirements and I got the information of which products would best suite my needs, beccy also made a fuss of me making several coffees for me while I tested matress after matress and was very helpful in helping me get the right accessories for my matress ie pillows duvet set and matress protector. The delivery of my matress will take only 3 working days at no cost so considering that others retailers take weeks and charge you £20 for the privilege is very good and fair, all in all a very satisfying morning and it's not often I can say that after parting ways with over £500 but I was very happy to do so. I was made to feel welcome but also allowed time to browse without feeling pressured and when I'd made my choice i was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner

The staff were so friendly, helpful and very efficient. We were very impressed also with their product knowledge

Melissa was friendly with a bubbly character and was very helpful throughout the process lots of smiles and an offer of coffee was a nice touch.

Friendly, unpressured service from Becky who gave us all the information we needed and completed the transaction smoothly and without issue.

I felt looked after but not bugged. We were supported in our decision by the sales Man who knew a lot about the products. I was not happy that one Of the bean bags in store is not a product you sell.

The visit was what we were expecting. We didn't want to have to visit lots of places and spend lots of time buying a bed. We also didn't want to use the internet due to previous disappointment. The assistant seemed knowledgeable and was not pushy.

Very helpfull staff ,friendly easy going atmosphere,but with a good knowledge of there products ,we were offered tea or coffee on arrival wether we were buying or not ,and given ample time to browse with no pressure ,
