Good communication throughout and fast delivery times

Staff where very friendly, and chatty, the store looked good, wish is very good as we had a very bad experience with Dreams afew years ago. So was good to know its changed for the good .

Rebecca was a really helpful and friendly member of staff. She found crayons and paper for my toddler so that we could concentrate on our purchase and was a big incentive for us feeling confident and secure in spending a large amount in the store. She knew the product specifications for everything we asked about but also gave us plenty of space to make our decision. I hate a hard sell and may have left if I'd experienced this approach- instead, she showed a sound knowledge of her products and an excellent understanding of us as customers. I will definitely visit this store again if I need anything in your range and will highly recommend Dreams to friends and family. It was a big decision for us to spend a large amount of money on a bed and mattress but Rebecca made it an enjoyable process. Many thanks!

Staff very helpful and sound advice.

I was assisted by the store manager, he was very knowledgeable and found a mattress and bed that suited my exact needs rather than selling me a product that was excessive for what I needed. The sales assistance was able to quickly set up the order and also gave me additional guarantee along with a matress protector. I was pleased to learn about the 40 night trial period and very pleased this was given to me.

staff were interested in finding out our needs and fully fulfilling them. My wife as difficulty speaking after a stroke, however the staff member , Gary, made sure to include her in all the dealings, including making tea and coffee.

Great service and attention to detail by Gary , we looked at many different options / prices / types etc and nothing was too much trouble. Gary did look a bit shocked when we had completed all the paperwork and I said April Fool !!

I was there to buy a mattress only. The items were clearly marked with information on the product. The sales assistant was polite and helpful.
