Helpful staff prepared to explain the differences in the beds and reasons for different prices which enabled us to choose.

The assistant was most helpful and we did no feel pressurised. She arranged a drink and left my wife and to deliberate alone before we sought her help again

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The store was laid out well and with the help of staff it was quick and easy to find the bed we needed.

The staff were highly knowledgeable, curtious and very helpful while we were in the store looking for the bed and mattress that suited our needs.

Had what we needed at the right price and with a no nonsense straightforwRd assistant who left us alone at the right time to consider the purchase and helped with advice and technical info.

Excellent sales advisors - friendly, helpful and polite. Would definitely shop there again.

Great experience at Halifax store. Staff friendly and engaging. Not pushy at all but there immediately when needed. Great knowledge and willing to find out if didn't know answer. Lovely cup of coffee, great service and had a great laugh with them. Even worked over to finish our order without making us feel awkward. Will be back every time need new bed or furniture and will recommend highly to all I know. Thanks guys 😁

VERY HELPFULL /POLITE/ STAFF ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION

Becky at the Halifax store made us feel very welcome she offered us a hot drink on a cold day .She was very knowable about the bed we was to buy and chatted happily about our needs . There was also a gentleman there who was also very helpful would definatley shop there again
