The assistant who helped me took time to understand what I was looking for, and instantly matched my requirements to an item that had gone on sale that day. He did not try to sell me the most expensive item, but the best value item that matched my requirements. Excellent service, knowledgeable and a very friendly chap.

In store, Tanya, Fiona and Andy were not just genuinely professional sales people, but wonderfully patient and excellent hosts.
