The staff were very friendly and very helpful, and our visit was made special because we were the 1000 customer which was very nice to say we just dropped in to really browse and finished up buying a new headboard. What we liked was how she was available but not pushy.

Becky who served us was very knowledgeable and very friendly and was able to advise on each mattress. Making it a very pleasant but expensive visit.

Plenty of options to look at and the assistant Becky was very good and gave us lots of information on each product and gave us time to decide without feeling pressured.

I knew what I wanted before I entered the store. The staff were extremely friendly and not at all pushy which I'd have hated. I was helped when I asked for it, left alone to browse when I wanted to be. It was a comfortable, pleasant buying experience. I was even offered a drink and a packet of quavers...I politely declined I prefer seabrook crisps!

I was approached by an assistant and explained I wanted to have a look round. When I started to look at a couple of beds the assistant came back and explained the difference. They were very knowledgeable but not pushy.

Simply the service and attitude of the staff. They were great it was a cold Wednesday at 5.30pm. The staff were polite friendly and very informative. Very professional with their assistance. Thanks, we will be back.
