Dreams - Halifax

Gary and Melissa were excellent the whole team was lovely it was a pleasure to shop at Halifax. They certainly are bed specialists. We enjoyed learning about the flaxby local farm as I'm a market manager so local produce is important. My son purchased the serenity and we had the flaxby both mattresses feel superb. Going from a double to a super king we nearly forgot bedding so we really appreciated being reminded we would need need bedding which we purchased as it was excellent quality also we fell in love with the tempur pillows and purchased 2 of them. Loved our experience at Halifax and will definitely recommend Thank you first class

We were greeted as we entered the store and Gary spent the whole time with us until we were satisfied and every process was explained to us. An overall pleasant experience.

Everything was explained thoroughly, easy to understand and the staff were very good

The staff couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable, there was no pressure to buy as is sometimes experienced in some stores. Coffee or tea was offered on frequent occasions and although not accepted, the offer was much appreciated. We would definitely shop at Dreams and especially the Halifax store in the future.

Rebecca the sales assistant was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable with regards to being able to answer our questions in relation to the purchase of our bed and mattress. Both my husband and I felt under no pressure during the time Rebecca was with us and would happily recommend that future customers ask for her and consider visiting the store in Halifax as you won't be disappointed. I was given time to look around before anyone came to assist which was good. The knowledge of the bed i was looking for was excellent and I didn't feel pressured.

Service was quic and courteous, it was easy to order exactly what I wanted
