We visited your Halifax store on Saturday while researching our purchase and returned on Sunday to buy. On both occasions Becky was a delight to deal with. She spent a lot of time listening to what we wanted and her recommendations were excellent. Her product knowledge was exceptional which was really important as both my wife and I have different preferences. We described what was right and wrong about a particular mattress and Becky was able to move us onto a mattress that kept everything we liked and improved on the things we didn't like about the last one. I must also mention that the manager and the rest of the staff were also really friendly and attentive.
