Excellent product and service

I went in to look at mattresses not knowing exactly what I wanted or even if I was going to buy anything. I was, to begin with, left to browse after having a bit of advice about the difference between springs, gel and foam mattresses. Once I'd tried most of the matresses out I was given more advice and was able to swap between the 2 I most liked. I was made to feel I could take as much time as I wanted and that if I wasn't sure I could come back again. ie didn't have to make a purchase. which I had not necessarily thought I would that day. I decided on a tempur mattress and was shown technical information about the different types of tempur mattress, which I found very useful in making up my mind which to buy. The clincher was that I wanted to buy a new bed but had not thought I would get that from dreams until I saw the wood frame Earlswood bed which was the only one in the shop that I liked and happened to be on sale to. So altogether left the shop very happy with my purchases.

Becky was very helpful and hit the right balance between being available for questions and leaving us to discuss the beds ourselves. She was also patient and understanding of our small children running around.

Friendly staff & very well presented store

Very helpful staff. Not pushed in to buying. Offerd coffee when arrived. Very helpful picking the right mattress. Other shops could learn a lot from the staff at hallifax.

Becky was friendly helpful and efficient in processing my request for order. The time for delivery of bed was in the timeframe I had expected and was on the date I was happy with.

Gary was friendly ,knowledgeable and efficient and showed us lots of alternatives before making our final choice

All of the staff were friendly and helpful, I had several quite involved queries that I needed to discuss and if anything was outside of their knowledge base they quite happily went away to contact what ever department they needed to and resolved the issue. Overall they were kind and welcoming, without being too pushy or overbearing and made the experience very pleasurable.

As soon as we walked in we were left to look for a while ourselves, then approached politely, pointed us in the right direction and that is when we decided our purchase.

The customer service was fantastic.
