Dreams - Halifax

A Dreams assistant came over to see if we needed any help, more or less straight away. It was nice to know if we needed help, she was there to do so. Plus she didn't make us feel awkward by talking too much, when we wanted time to ourselves, to have a look around.

Becky was very helpful and knowledgable nothing was too much trouble. She showed me lots of options and knew exactly what I wanted from what I described.

Becky helped us all the way understood what we wanted and knew the products so we didn't have to wander round every bed to find what we were looking for

We really didn't have an idea of what type of matteress we wanted when we entered the shop but with the assistance we received we were able to make a decision. The staff were infomative but not intrusive. The delivery of the mattress was quick and exactly as detailed by the instore staff.

Friendly helpful Staff, who helped us find the right sort of mattress and then left us to browse until we were ready to buy. (the coffee in bed was much appreciated).
