Had the type of bed we wanted which Fahad pointed out to us and explained everything about it in an exemplary way.

Excellent service from Mohammed Fahad - he gave a great deal and was very thorough.

We felt at ease in the store. It was a relaxed atmosphere and we didn't feel under any pressure to make a purchase. The staff were friendly, patient and informative.

Had seen products on line. Found straight away. Served immediately, offered a drink, whilst waiting for order to be processed.

Suhayb served us in the Halifax branch. Gave us time to think and talk over our preferences when choosing a mattress but was fully attentive at the same time his knowledge was good and spoke from his experience when purchasing pillows. He was very approachable, friendly informative and polite. Very good customer service. I did not feel pressured at any point. I think you should treat Suhayb to a pizza! Thank you Suhayb.

Rebecca was extremely helpful and personable and a credit to your store, as was Fahad who was excellent in sorting out the paperwork. All in all a first class experience and definitely will recommend the store.

We have searched for a child's bed at a number of bed shops - non of them had any on display except dreams. It's important to see the bed before we bought it

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they were not pushy or forceful with their sales and they listened to what I wanted and did their best to accomodate that.
