found the assistant very knowledgable, and helpful, but not too pushy which is what i like if i have to go shopping

Fahad helped us at the Halifax store and his approach was so helpful

The lady explained everything well, provided lots of information and choices.

Firstly I must say that my first visit was a completely different experience I was extremely dissatisfied following that, please contact me to discuss if you wish. Second visit. From the moment I walked in the store I was greeted pleasantly by a lovely sales lady, she listened to my requirements and showed me around the store and ultimately to the bed I required. We made general polite chit chat but also spoke about differences in sizes (small double v double) which helped me make my decision. Once I confirmed what I would like including mattress we spoke about insurance, she eold this really well to me. I'm not always one to go for such extras! We had problems printing paperwork out, but hey who doesn't have printer problems. This did not harm my experience. I left the store excited to get my delivery 5 days later! Was surprised that there was a delivery charge though!

The assistant was very courteous when she approached us and along with a colleague guided us to the type of product we required. Our purchase was for a spare room therefore didn't require the highest quality/most expensive bed.

The staff at the Halifax store were very friendly, polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Making the decision of selecting the right mattress for our needs much easier.

The gentleman who helped us was friendly and very knowledgeable about the items. There was a good range of beds and prices. We were able to try the mattress for comfort , we bought 2 mattresses and bed. Delivery planned for 2 weeks time. All in all very satisfactory.

The staff in the Halifax store were simply excellent nothing was too much trouble and they left me alone to make my decision without any pressure

Sale price attracted us to a good value King Size bed at a very reasonable price

On visiting the Halifax store situated on Shroggs Road I found it very welcoming and spotless. Gary's assistance and product knowledge was impeccable; he's a real asset to the company. If asked would I recommend the Halifax store that would be a Big Yes.
