The shop worker (Toni) was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I entered the shop. I was offered a cup of tea, which was made to perfection! I was given a full working knowledge of the mattresses I wanted to buy, and allowed to try them until I made my choice. There was also a full understanding of the warranty and the optional guarantee, which was made cheaper as I needed a mattress cover also. Toni was extremely good at speaking to myself and at no time was I pushed or bullied into buying anything that I didn't need or require. Congratulations on employing such a competent and friendly member of your sales team. I was alos lucky as there was a sale on, saving me money :)

Melissa was very friendly she spoke to us about our needs and told us a lot about the mattress she brought us some more realistic pillows to test the mattress which really helped. She was so smiley and nice to us. She was chatty and we discussed our jobs and found similarities. She made us feel really welcome and in no way awkward. She left us to discuss our purchase at the right time and we never once felt pressured to make a purchase. The whole experience was more enjoyable than I thought buying a mattress would be.
