Good customer service, dealt with quickly and helped with what I needed.

My wife and i was highly satisfied with the service we had at Dreams Rebecca was very attentive to our requirements and looked after us very well .

The overall store, Becky was very thorough, friendly and helpful, it was quick and easy to place my order and delivery wss within a few dsys, to duit my avails

It was Declan who served me he was very polite he met me when I went into store I told him what I was looking for he gave me the information I wanted he wasn't too pushy I had a look round on my own then when I had decided what I want he gave me more information about the products then we placed the order with no problems great

Becky was really helpful,and knowledgeable about the product. She helped us with our choice of bed . After explaining our needs, she showed us the best beds to choose from. Then left us to make our own choice.

We was Greeted by a Friendly Staff member called Andy. We was offered a chance to lay in the Simulator to access our mattress needs , which was very impressive. He went through the options of mattresses that was suggesting to us.which we tried with a Safety covered pillow to have an idea of what sleeping at home with the mattress would feel like . We went through all three options but found it did not suit our Budget ,which we described to Andy. He then Helped us by showing us current deals on a Quality but Within Budget mattress and we was delighted with the result. Then it came to the bed frame, and we explained that as we are a plus size couple we would need a bed that's Sturdy for our weight and build. He took that into very careful consideration and helped us look for beds that met our needs. Which we did find and we was delighted with the result. He also. He also Helped us find a good inclusive deal that came with bed accessories e.g Duvet, pillow's and mattress cover . Which was brilliant that was our whole Bed made up and within our Budget. All we need now is the bed sheets. We was occasionally asked if we would like any drinks during the Ordering process.

I was served by Becky in the Halifax store and she was very welcoming, offered myself and my partner a drink and went through all the options with us. She showed us how the beds worked, what was in our price range and which ones were most like what I said I was looking for. She was brilliant and I couldn’t of expected a better experience.

Becky who assisted us in choosing the right bed was amazing from start to finish. She spent a lot of time making sure we got the best deal and went above and beyond to provide us with the best deal and amazing product. We will definitely recommend to as many people as possible. Thanks so much.
