The assistant was very helpful and demonstrated the product well, but also left us alone when we wanted to talk.

Toni, the colleague, was very friendly, answered our questions, made recommendations within our price range, even entertained our 1 year old and wasn't pushy or insistentant on forcing a sale. Overall, she made our experience very easy and enjoyable.

Both Karen & Gary welcomed us when entering the store and left us to browse. After a while we asked for more information on the items we were looking at and were given good advice which enabled us to make the choices available from different combinations to what was on display. It was a very pleasant experience with no pressure at all and this was due to Karen and Gary being very knowledgeable about the products. The deal was completed in half an hour from entering the shop

The salesman in the Halifax store we visited on Saturday 23rd July was really friendly. He gave our son (2.5 years old) a bun and a balloon to keep him occupied whilst we tried the beds and his colleague made myself and my husband a drink which made us feel very welcome. The salesman then found us a selection of beds that met our needs and then left us to try them out without hassle which was perfect, just answering our questions when required. He then processed our order quickly, explained all the options we could have and then got it delivered in less than a week! It arrived today and the delivery men - Shaun and Thomas - were again both very friendly and efficient. They said hello to my son and removed their shoes when entering my house. Overall highly satisfied with all the service I have received from Dreams and will be recommending the Halifax store to friends and family. Thank you.
