The assistant was more than helpful a very nice and obliging young man he was very knowledgable. About all the beds we looked At and nothing was too much trouble

When I went to the store I had viewed the website and thought I knew exactly what I wanted but the store assistant, Fahan who was very knowledgeable supported me with getting better products at very competitive prices. The manager was also very helpful. Excellent customer service

On parking up the car, I joked with my husband that we should get ready for sales flock but we didn't experience any pressure selling, the assistant welcomed us to Dreams and offered us a drink then left us to look around at our leisure. She remained available to answer questions during our visit and even though there were other people in the store she split her time between customers ensuring everyone's needs were met. During the sale process she helped choose bedding and discussed pillows types with us. Although we didn't purchase pillows on this visit we will likely be back to purchase some at a later stage. The bedding was very reasonably priced which meant we could get everything in one place without feeling the need to have to shop around. It's a lovely clean and bright store with plenty of parking and excellent customer service. We will definitely be back when we have need in the future and I will pop in when I am bedding shopping as I was very pleasantly surprised with both choice and value.
