No no delivery date. Wasn’t made aware product was out of stock when placing order, we would of chosen a different bed if this was the case

Visiting all dreams stores in general is a satisfying experience however for me to be highly satisfied I would prefer to not be met at the door by a sales person but rather left to shop myself and approach staff if/when i felt they were needed

The help we received was perfect, great selection, friendly staff but to end it all, after spending a significant amount of money, the cost for the removal of our old mattress was not included and had to be paid for. It was like a slap in the face right at the end of an otherwise perfect experience and though I did go through with the purchase, there were a few seconds where i was thinking of backing out (the 2 other competitors we'd previously visited offered this service free).
