Great customer service and products. I would have purchased another bed and been highly satisfied if the assembly price was cheaper.

Some of the questions in this questionare are not revelent yet, as I have not yet received my mattress.

Computer system for placing order was not working

I was satisfied but not highly satisfied as I felt we could have possibly been given a better deal at the time of purchase.

the sales person abrupt could do with some people skills on the way to talk to customers

Thought product prices were a little expensive

I feel the colleges were a little cold. I feel like I was unsatisfied because I left not finding a bed as they were far too expensive even tho there was an upto half price sale on. We explained we were buying a house and wanted to purchace a bed and mattress but the beds and mattresses were coming up at 1500 +. We did the mattress sleep analysis and he said we were firm to medium and showed us lots of very expensive mattresses starting at neerly 2,000 then 1,500 and then 700+ it was only when we left he showed us a dreams mattress that was half price at £450. We went with this and had to decline on the bed because £700 was just too much and he wouldn't give any sort of discount. He also said he could add in some dreams cheaper pillows for us but then when we got to the till said he couldn't, only if we purchased the bed and mattress. He was good tho and knew what he was talking about and did find us soemthing. We were offered a cup of tea or coffee but I just feel he should of showed us the best for our sleep on our budget. Overall not a terrible experience but knowing the price for nextime i would defiantly look else where.

Although the sale was quoted, most items were not covered by the sale or had much less than 50% off. We hoped for a few more options here. We visited 2 Dreams (your 1st Q says overall) and the 1st one the staff were too eager to help making it hard to have a private discussion about what we thought. The second one was better!
