Dreams - Halifax

Manager was a covering manager from another store and was not clear about certain codes also was not sure on how to use the system. I asked if I wanted to take out extended warranty later could I do this to which he replied it would affect my delivery date. I was not explained why this was the case. I would still like to purchase the extended warranty on all 3 beds but I am not sure who I need to contact for this. Also I would not like my delivery date to change.

After choosing the mattress the delivery was three weeks, we chose another two mattresses and they were the same, one was longer. As we have family coming to stay in a week we bought a rolled up memory/sprung king size which is not as comfortable and cost more.

The service was good was good but not amazing. We got what we wanted because we went there with and idea of what we wanted, there was no offering to show us anything different.

We had to wait a little bit for someone to serve us when we were ready to make the order. No lightweight super king size duvet available

I was very satisfied with my overall Dreams experience, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The showroom was clean and inviting, I was only slightly disappointed as I was expecting the bed prices to be slightly lower given the "sale"

I had to pay for the product.

Prices were quiet high and delivery was longer than expected.

Not enough choices

The delivery date is a long way off. I went to the shop 2 weeks before moving into my house. Due to not getting the bed for over a month, I will not have a bed.

This is a huge store and there was only one member of staff on duty and she was dealing with another couple and then had to deal with their order and finance deal. We only wanted to order one item and no finance to arrange.
