The problem should not have happened in the first place.

Other bed stores assess how you sleep eg, pressure and alignment of when you sleep. This would of helped greatly in choosing as it is sort of a guessing game in which matress is right for us.

Only that it was a 3 week wait for delivery and I expected the delivery men to set up the base for me. I was informed i could have paid for this service but it was not offered to me.

I was satisfied, I think highly should be reserved for amazing over & above shopping experience.

We seemed to be in and out in no time ..and the assistance was very helpful explaining everything to us and making sure we got the right bed ..and she was very polite and helpful

I was not highly satisfied because there was slight pressure by the staff to buy other products which I resisted as I had a budget to stick to .

I would never say Highly satisfied - the experience would have to be exceptional to get the rating. I was very pleased with the service and the bed - which I hope to have delivered shortly.

The service was friendly and efficient. There are so many mattresses and sales never sure if you are getting ripped off. Feels like you need a qualification to try and work out if your being sold somthing decent. I just hope somthing near 400 quid gets us a decent nights sleep they all seemed so expensive

Nothing is perfect .but a good place to shop for a bed .

Expensive but am a big believer in that you have to pay for quality. Won't be sure until we've slept on it. Thought the salesman was lacking in charisma although got impression he was new so he may have been nervous.
