I went in to try some mattresses for our spare room. I was going to wait until Black Friday but I got offered a good deal and bought it

I was attended to by a highly knowledgeable and very attentive young man called Andy in the Halifax store. The social distancing and protective equipment was used at all times which gave me confidence to continue shopping and made me feel very safe during my time in the store. Andy proved himself to be very knowledgeable about Dreams products and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. After using the Dreams Sleep Match, Andy gave me the choices of mattresses to try out and left me to make up my mind, not hovering over me like some store staff do. When I had made my choice of mattress and bed frame I was offered a choice of refreshments whilst my order was taken and processed. The whole experience was actually quite wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to any of my friends or family.

The assistant was brilliant, showed me various options and helped me decide, friendly and knowledgeable.

We went into halifax dreams and the staff were really helpful and even gave our children books to keep them occupied.they where early helpful with our delivery too as we're moving home. Just a really lovely experience and nice to actually go into a shop which we don't do much any more
