Was satisfied with the process and staff - just the lead time on the delivery of the bed

The service from Gary and his colleagues was very good and if that was my only consideration I would have been highly satisfied. I do not like spending money at the best of times and £1,600+ for a mattress is not an amount that makes me happy. This is not a complaint but if you really want me to be highly satisfied deduct £1,500 and I will be ecstatic.

we weren't given any guidance around the different Tempur products - once we decided on the level of firmness that was it really, 'whichever you prefer' didn't really help us in deciding which if the 4 product types to buy, especially as they were all the same price.

Assistants both very helpful and knowledgeable and being able to try the mattresses without feeling awkward.

I think beds are overpriced, I have no problems with my experience at Dreams.

I was generally satisfied with the service and range of products - the item has just been delivered today and it has a guarantee on it so we haven't really had time to establish the quality and durability. We have stretched ourselves to (hopefully) buy a quality product so if that proves to be true we will definitely think that it is worth the extra investment and will come back to buy further. I am a new customer so would never select highly satisfied initially but the staff member was very informed, helpful and non intrusive. The price is a lot for us but that was our choice.

Some of your products are over priced compared to your fellow competitors. Your 3 4 2 offer on Furniture didn’t really work for me as the computer wouldn’t allow any flexibility on what would have worked.

To be highly satisfied with any product I'd have to have it given free of charge or with money given to me haha!
