Was informed I would be given a 2hr window on organised date of delivery with a phone call giving notice. Phoned to give notice at 7.10 in the morning that mattress was on it's way, asked what time and was told 5minutes was the first call and being delivered from Elland (very local first drop off). Good job we are pretty fit for pensioners as we had to get dressed, strip the bed and throw everything into the spare bedroom, not the ideal way to wake up in the morning. Despite the mattress exchanged with no problems for a softer one, the delivery charade happened again though this time we had 15minutes notice first thing in the morning, not very satisfactory, especially very very early in the morning.

Worried about past experience, 2 prior orders 1 with bedroom furniture and on delivery had a smashed glass door and took 3 months to sort. Second order ordered my sons new bed and paid for build up, turned out you supplied 2 types of bed and my son was left with a bedroom full of pieces for over a week until you delivered new, I was told my son could sleep on the matress on the floor in the interim. I am hoping this delivery is as it should be with no damage or missing pieces, last chance.

Issues with my sound bed needing repair, having to take 4 days off work to be at home for visits and to only receive £140 in vouchers for around £400 of my time that I lost.

The assistant was very helpful gave us time to look and help when we needed it. checked on stock and delivery before we purchased.

Incomplete delivery address on order confirmation as already stated. Bought items on 13 December as informed this was the last day of the offer on the bed purchased only to find that it was on on offer on 18 December for another £100 less that paid on so-called last day of offer - this smacks of sharp practice and leaves the customer with a feeling of dissatisfaction after what had been a positive experience. Otherwise, the service given by the instore member of staff was excellent - it is your customer strategy which caused the sensation of having been hoodwinked.

Noticed on my bill charge of £39 for delivery do not remember this being mentioned at the time
