Not a bad experience. Got what I came for. Salesman new his stuff. Delivery should be included in the price as well as disposal as £39 is a bit steep for delivery just around the corner. And another £39 to remove the old one. When the guys and the van are already there! Would be more honest to increase bed prices to cover delivery and disposal/recycling. If people aren't paying for disposal what are they doing with there old bed?

I spent ages choosing the correct mattress for my back, when I went to pay for it I was told it was discontinued. The gentleman in the store showed me another mattress and told me it was the same one but a different name. The mattress is not the same it is a 1600 pocket sprung where as the one I chose had 2000.

I would like to have taken the item with me or collected it. I have had to pay for delivery when I could have done this myself.

The only negative point was that I couldnt take away a mattress that I had been looking at on your website on that day or, that it couldn't be delivered sooner to my home address. I needed a new mattress rather quickly due to my partner having an hospital operation and will be recovering in bed for upto 2 months. The sales representative "Gary" offered an alternative matress which we could take away with us on the day which we were happy with so, we bought it and have it here at home now.

The service was efficient and quick i knew what i wanted so was delt with well the assistant showed me exactle what i wanted thats why i didnt hesitate to make the purchace . Well done

Length of time for delivery

I went to my local Dreams store intending to by a double bed for my son. I was specific as to what I wanted, a wooden frame with a pocket sprung mattress. Although I am happy with my purchase there was not a great deal of choice for my price range.

The display was a bit confusing at first, until the store salesperson explained the colours coding of the mattresses.
