You have notices all over the store saying free delivery for all items over £100,I paid over £100 for my bed but it was not offered for free delivery even though there were no exceptions made clear.I also offered to pay for the delivery,but this was also denied me.I was therefore forced to find my own transport as it would not fit I’m my car and had to come back the day after to pick up the item which meant procuring the use a van.Your staff were not to blame for this,it your systems which prevented them from arranging it.I had actually been in the shop to look for a replacement mattress which I was willing to pay a substantial amount for,but I will now be going elsewhere to a company who,when they make a promise,keep to it.I will also be letting my friends and family know about your inability to follow up on what you claim to be free delivery and advise them to shop elsewhere.I am not at all happy,not happy at all.

On arrival we were shown to an assistant someone ( I think was called Nigel) I told him I was looking for a mattress, he Said "where would you like to Start?" I said "The cheapest" His reply was "Those are the cheapest & the next cheapest are those over there" he promptly walked off. We stood there stunned for a moment, we were on the verge of walking out having thought if that's the service they give im out of here when the assistant Rebecca asked us what we required. having told her what we wanted she showed us a few items that might suit our needs. having spent 10 minutes looking like fools lying on different beds we made our choice and promptly made a purchase. If it wasnt for Rebecca we would have walked out.

We were told that 2 deliveries would be required. First one would be wednesday and he gave the impression that the other delivery would also be wednesday but we may have misunderstood. I rang on tuesday to be told there was no delivery booked for us the following day. It would be rebooked for Saturday but the other items coming direct from your supplier would be 4-6 weeks and they would contact us. That was the first we had heard about that! Very annoying

I was not informed until after I had paid for my bed in full that your company does not have a cancellation policy this was told to me while I was signing the agreement I was so shocked that I did not question it in the store and now it's going to cost me well over two hundred to cancel the bed and mattress even though I have explained that my medical team have said its the wrong bed and as I can't get out on my own it would be several weeks before I could get back to the store to chose another and due to my not trusting Dreams any more I would not recommend this bed company to anyone every company I have ever delt with give you a cooling off period and I spoke to them within 24 hrs and for that I get charged even though I haven't even got the bed disgusting coustomer satisfaction

We were told that we could cancel our order within 24hours upon trying to do this we were told there was £50 charge I would like to know what this charge us for I was also told by another member of staff " it was my word against the store managers " why did I cancel the next day" and "I should of shopped around" I am absolutely disgusted with your services and making sure this goes to trading standards
