Customer service was excellent the advisor ask about our sleeping positions and problems with back shoulder neck etc. She also asked placed us on the mattress computor and then advised us on the mattresses which would suit our needs . Very professional and very polite and we were not rushed into making a decision.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly, she made it a pleasant experience

Staff was very welcoming, they even put me on a mattress machine for the idea mattress, i tried a few mattress, until i liked the one that was comfy and within my budget, it was nice of them to supply me with a bottle of cold water too.

We were looked after from walking in the door. I had been the week before to have a look around and they remembered me.

We visited your Halifax store on Sunday 17th Oct and we’re greeted by Fiona. She was friendly and informative without being ‘too pushy’ . She explained the sleep analysis machine to us and pointed us in the right direction of which mattress would be good for us. On much deliberation we decided on a Tempur mattress , which was delivered much sooner than we expected . A great sales team and a pleasurable buying experience.

We were met by Fiona as we entered the store. She was very helpful and explained the process of selecting a suitable mattress.
