Dreams - Halifax

We have had countless of mattress over the last 8 years and have struggled to find just the right one for us. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a young man named Declan, he asked if he could help and told us about if we laid on the bed that it would calculate which mattress would suit us best. This was extremely helpful as we were unsure which mattress to buy. He offered us a drink and showed us the mattresses which best suited the results. The service we received was first class, he was extremely helpful and knowledgable, we even bought the pillows which he gave us to try out the beds. We will definitely return for future mattresses

Both of the assistants at the store were pleasant ,very helpful ,and helped answer any question,they were both very knowledgeable and made sure I wasn’t pressured at all ,which made the shopping for my new beds so much easier..I would definitely recommend the Halifax store…

The assistant (Rebecca)was very helpful and well informed. We made our choice and the ordering and delivery date were quickly and efficiently administered. It was a pleasant experience with no problems.

Great friendly service

Andrew was very friendly from greeting us when we arrived in store. His knowledge about the products was brilliant and he was super informative from the start to us leaving the store.

Becky was extremely helpful, had great knowledge of the products and helped us to choose a mattress we were happy with.

Everything went really smoothly and quickly. We had great customer service and advice. Staff were really friendly.

Andy, was brilliant. He was knowledgeable, patient and worked with us while we supported an elderly aunt. He was considerate, sensitive and while he did NOT rush us, he was efficient. The rest of the team also supported the process to reduce how much our aunt needed to mobilise around the store. Great service and fabulous team work. Thank you.

We had a lovely woman called Becky and she helped us find the perfect mattress. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and we got our order done very quickly and paid an extremely good price for the quality of our order. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she offered us drinks.
