The customer service from walking into the store was exceptional - listening to my requirements and most importantly, understanding them. Andy was brilliant, very quickly adjusted to my requirements from what I told him and dealt with me speedily and efficiently - both v important to me.

Staff gave info and assistance not too pushy. They were good with our child too...

The member of staff who assisted (Andy) was welcoming and helpful from the moment we entered the store. He was knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything to us and made recommendations. He gave us the right amount of time and space to make decisions alone but was ready with input of and when we required. Made an excellent coffee for us whilst we placed the order and explained in great detail about the delivery and guarantee terms and conditions.

I phoned in advance for advice, got excellent advice and information, then arrived 30 minutes later to the store and the assistant (Andrew) was brilliant in helping me get the right product.
