Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, professional during our initial visit at the Halufax store , then again when we returned to make our purchases.

Andy was very knowledgeable, kept us safe with distance and cleaning measures and was able to recommend several mattresses for us to choose from.

We only went in to browse but Beccy was so helpful from the moment we walked through the door we ended up buying and because we didn't have the relevant information with us she went out of her way to accommodate us very helpful indeed

The young woman at the Halifax store was very professional in every way and offered us refreshments. While showing us around the store giving us information on the different mattresses and beds.

Both ladies on duty were very friendly and helped us through explaining choices of products and where they were located around the store. Never felt pressured, left to look round and compare different options in our own time and then ask questions for clarification as needed No pushy sales staff - something guaranteed to make me walk out of a store - very refreshing, thank you Dreams

Fiona was amazing. We own a shop and we would like her to work for us. Friendly, approachable and welcoming. The reason why we decided to avoid other bed shops that day and make a purchase. Fiona is a real asset to Dreams.

Fiona greeted us when we arrived, she offered us a drink and made us feel so welcome. She explained everything to us, offered the sleep machine to find our perfect match then left us to browse and try the recommendations without harassing us to make a purchase. When I’d made my choice, again she was really helpful.

The staff member- Fiona - was helpful and friendly and there was a wide selection of products at good prices
