Our sales assistant Becky, gave us lots advice and support. But then in doing so she also gave us lots of space and time to discuss our options.

Tanya was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in letting us choose a new mattress that really suited our needs. There was no pressure to purchase, we were given time to look around ourselves with Tanya's help along the way. We can’t wait to get our new mattress, which has only taken one week to be delivered, great service!

It was very quick and efficient. I got the mattress I wanted as well as pillows and a mattress protector on discount

Becky in the Halifax store was extremely helpful with everything! From the sleep analysis right up to purchasing the bed!

We were met by a friendly member of staff who pointed us in the direction of suitable mattresses & allowed us to try them out without feeling rushed.

I was othered a drink warm and cold, I was offered a pillow to.try on the beds and was fully sanitised, she was very knowledgeable on all products and couldn't give better answers to my questions and I asked quiet a few she also let us try the sleep machine to see what mattress suited us and walked round picking out what the sleep machine said would be suitable but also showed us what has been purchased alot with no complaints or send backs I was very satisfied with my visit and will be recommended to my friends and family she did very well to say she was working solo and there where other customers aswell.

A very professional and informative experience provided by Rebecca. Rebecca listened to our requirements, and showed us the products that we were interested in, and offered alternatives, in both price, size and quality. Once we had made our choices, refreshments were provided whilst the paperwork was completed. All in all, a very pleasant and helpful atmosphere and experience.
