Dreams - Halifax

As we entered the store fiona couldn't of been anymore polite and helpful ,we tried the 3 minutes on the beds to find where we were supported and even the pillows was to our liking, I very tried loads of mattress and pillows but never have I laid down on one like the one in dreams ,needless to say we purchased a mattress and pillows and can't wait to have this delivered ,thanks dreams and your lovely staff,we will be back for another 2 mattress in the coming weeks. The lady who served us gave outstanding customer service, friendly and polite and patient.

The assistant helped straight away and found the product I needed and a special deal for a bedding package. We didn’t use delivery which is why I can’t tick satisfied for delivery as I took it away that day

The young man called Andrew who assisted me when choosing my mattress was very helpful. Not pushy but very pleasant and then when placing my order took time to explain the offers available for me. I came away feeling very happy with my visit and my order. Looking forward to my new mattress arriving

Been along time since I have bought a mattress, Fiona from the Halifax store was super, knowledgeable and friendly service. Even put me on a bed that recorded my sleeping pattern so she could recommend a suitable bed. Thanks for your help.

The lady who served us, Becky, was very welcoming and highly knowledgable of the products available. Her service was first class! She even went the extra mile and got us bottles of cold water on what was a scorching hot day! We are highly delighted with our purchase, both for quality and price. Would definitely recommend your store and this lady to our family and friends.
