The staff member Andy from your Halifax store, was amazingly patient and helpful, even when we became the awful difficult customers

The store was very well laid out with regards to COVID arrangements. We used the mattress testing machine which helped us select the mattress we needed. The sale person Becky was really fantastic with her knowledge of the products , friendliness and the perfect balance of professionalism without being pushy or rushing us in any way. We were at the Halifax store

Friendly staff. Knowledgable but honest about each product and why one cost more than the other. Not pushy at all in forcing you to buy but always close enough when needed. 2 mattress we’ve ever bought and both were from dreams. Will be returning.

The colleague was very helpful, took time to understand what we were looking for and was able to explain the different options. He did not upsell and was not pushy but let us see and try the different quality and prices. We probably spent more as a result and feel we have got good value for money.
