The customer service was excellent, I was made to feel at ease during my time at the store.

Every time we walk through the door at Dreams (we’ve bought a few) we never fail to come away with the bed of our “ Dreams” this visit was no exception.

Tanya & Fiona were very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Firstly recommending the use of the scanning bed to take measurements and find the right mattress for my needs. It recommended a Firm mattress. I was then issued with a pillow with a disposable paper cover and shown the range of Firm mattress options to try out and was informed of details about the construction of the mattresses and differences between them. When I had chosen my Tempur mattress I was told it includes two Tempur pillows, but I could upgrade to Cooltouch Cloud pillows for £28 (the difference in price of pillows), which I did. While placing my order I was offered refreshment, which I declined, but it was nice to be asked. It was explained to me that I would need a mattress protector should I need to exchange my mattress as per the 40 night Comfort Guarantee, so I purchased one. Although it was expensive, I felt I was buying top quality products with good guarantee periods of 10 years (mattress) & 3 years (pillows & mattress protector). The delivery date was arranged for a weekend for my convenience and I was given a 50% discount on the recycling of my old mattress. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I felt comfortable shopping in the store has it wasn’t busy and didn’t feel has if I needed to move to give other people space we weren’t pestered and was given time to discuss things between ourselves

Have been to Dreams a few times before but not actually found what we were looking for. This time was different,the sales lady was very efficient (Becky) and very professional, helped us choose the bed that was best for us.
