Dreams - Halifax

We were met by the Store Manager & another member of staff who were on hand as with the other customers in store. Not having had the experience of purchasing a bed for sometime, it was good to be able to chat with people who knew their job and were helpful & easy to understand. The whole process of purchasing our chosen items were well described and we were given all the information we needed. The timing for delivery was much quicker than we had expected and all in all we were very satisfied coming to DREAMS for our new bed. We will of course recommend the Halifax store and its staff for a great sale. Thank You.

Polite and very helpful staff

The assistant who helped us was kind, thoughtful as well as knowledgeable. He put us at our ease throughout our time in store, in terms of Covid-19 precautions. The store was very clean and airy.

Great service, I popped in the day before then returned a day later with my son, to choose his new bed and mattress. Friendly but not pushy!

Far too expensive

The staff were amazing... very friendly.. helped me straight away to use the sleep match machine and then showed me which mattresses were best fit to my needs. Finally was lovely and offered us all a bottle of water. They even made me a cup of tea whilst I placed my order. The store was very clean and the social distancing in place was great. Felt very safe.

Staff really friendly and knowledgeable

Went with my mum who is 81 and step dad who is 70 and the sales guy Andy at the halifax store was excellent. He was knowledgeable about what we wanted and the differences between beds. He also took time to make sure my mum understood everything. He was polite and pleasant and had plenty of patience.
