The customer service was great, only problem was finding the product cheaper 3 days later. On the plus side I phones your helpline and they refunded me £70 which was great. Overall a great experience.

On our initial visit, we were guided to the appropriate products and all our questions were readily answered. On returning to place our order, the assistant recognised us and remembered which products we had been interested in. The whole business of ordering was quick and easy and we were able to arrange delivery on a date to suit us.

We had time to brows., the selection of beds on display and the helpfulness of Becky in allowing us to try different beds and pillows.
